What Programs Does Purple Dragon Tequesta Offer?
Purple Dragon Tequesta offers martial arts programs for SuperTots ages 3–5, Little Warriors ages 5–10, Teen Warriors ages 10 and up, adults, families, and students interested in self-defense, fitness, cardio kickboxing, traditional Don Jitsu Ryu, and private lessons.

Our SuperTot Warriors program introduces young children to martial arts in a safe, fun, and age-appropriate way. These 45-minute classes help children develop listening skills, balance, coordination, focus, confidence, respect, and basic discipline.
Through simple Don Jitsu Ryu movements, games, and structured drills, SuperTots learn how to follow instructions, respond to commands, improve body control, and begin building good character.
